Oil of the picual variety obtained by means of mechanical processes. Yellowish green; intense fruity flavour with a fresh green grass aroma (lawn, hay), pleasant “alloza” (almond) smell, fresh fruit flavour (apple, almond and fig) slightly bitter and spicy.
